The Reiki 1 Energy Workshop is a 2 day intensive course which covers the following:

• Explore the energetic system of the 7 main Chakras

• Mindfulness and Meditation

• Attunements to awaken your inner healing channel and allow the Reiki healing energy to flow

• Learn and practice hand positions for self-healing treatments

• Learn and practice hand positions for treating others (family and friends)

Reiki Level 1 is the first exciting step of the wonderful healing energy of Reiki and will introduce you to this powerful and ancient healing system which has been used for many centuries, throughout the world.  Reiki Level 1 is open to anyone willing to learn it.  This is known as the physical level.  The focus here is on opening the energy channels that flow in from the cosmos through the crown of the head.  This energy flows from the crown of the head in to the heart and hands.

The focus of Reiki Level 1 is essentially the self, students work through their own obstacles first.  They use the positive energies of reiki to clear their own blockages.  The student works on the self in preparation to help others.

​

In Reiki Level 1 you will learn about the healing power of the life force energy and the vibrations held by positive and negative thoughts and feelings

​

You will also be taught the Reiki precepts and become familiarised with its history and roots.  On a practical level, you will also learn how to feel energy and use hand placements firstly to use on yourself and to then practice on friends, family and animals. 

​

Following the attunement there is a 21 day period called the cleansing period. During this time, you are encouraged to give yourself a treatment every day and many students find themselves undergoing positive personal changes and spiritual growth which can be a very powerful and very rewarding time.

​

During this time you are continually aligning, clearing old habits and parts of your personality no longer needed for your higher good, this is a time for moving on and letting go of old limiting beliefs systems and a time to move forward with strength and grace, from a  place of knowledge and understanding.

After completing the Level 1, students often report noticeable changes in their intuition, meditation becoming easier and feeling generally more relaxed and at peace with themselves. Being able to access Reiki Level 1 will raise your vibration and enhance the ability to look at life from a whole new perspective of peace and unconditional love.

 

 

The cost of Reiki Level 1 training is £295 per person in a small group setting of 2-4 people

In-Person weekdays and weekends from 10am-5pm

 

On completion of the course, you will receive an illustrated Reiki Manual, the First Degree Reiki Certificate as well as on-going support and advice.

This 2.5 day course is life changing, in that, not only will you learn to give Angelic Reiki healings to yourself and others, but the highest vibration of Divine Love will be anchored into your own consciousness through a down pouring of Soul energy, giving you the power to change your reality.
